The show also coincides with new forthcoming innovations from us. For instance, Argomax ® Acculam™, a breakthrough product for silver sintering, delivers both higher throughput and larger area lamination compatibility. It can also be tailored for specific production requirements.

Research has also shown that a combination of harsh operating conditions, increased power densities, and miniaturization has added to the complexity of assembly designs in automotive electronics. MacDermid Alpha will have expert scientists and engineers, including Kentaro Yoshioka and Robert Graham, presenting papers on improving the consistency of sintered joints and enabling higher component operating temperatures, directly addressing those research findings. Gustavo Greca, Director Global Power Electronics Business Development at MacDermid Alpha, will also present on sintering materials on the exhibition stage at the event on June 11th starting at 14:35 CEST.
