Liquid Soldering Flux

Kester NF1060-VF is a high performing ORM0, zero-halogen, VOC-free, no-clean flux that maintains its soldering performance for excellent hole-fill and low-defect soldering in lead-free assemblies. 

ALPHA EF-2100 is a high performing ORL0, halide-free, VOC-free no-clean flux that maintains its soldering performance for excellent hole-fill and low-defect soldering in lead-free assemblies. 

Kester 979 is is a high performing ORL0, low residue, VOC-free no-clean flux that maintains its soldering performance for excellent hole fill and low-defect soldering of lead-free assemblies.

ALPHA NR205 is a halogen-free, rosin-free, low-solids, no-clean flux formulated for wave soldering and is well-suited for touch-up and rework when supplied in a flux pen.

Kester 952-D6 is a halide-free, low solids no-clean flux. It is specifically designed for lead-free rework of conventional and surface mount circuit board assemblies.

Kester 2331-ZX is a neutral pH, 33% solids, high activity water soluble flux. Due to its neutral post soldering residue, it is non-acidic and delay washing of 8 hours are allowable.

ALPHA 870-25 is a neutral pH, mid-activity water soluble flux that contains organic chloride activators.  It is formulated for wave soldering and is particularly well-suited for touch-up/rework.

ALPHA 857 is a non-neutral pH, 18% solids, high activity water soluble flux. The formulation has been designed for delivering desired soldering performance on more difficult assemblies.

ALPHA 3355-VF is a VOC-free, high activity water soluble organic acid flux, used in the soldering of printed circuits and electronic hardware. This flux can be wave, spray or dip applied.

ALPHA 856 is a neutral pH, 15% solids, moderate to high activity water soluble flux. Due to its neutral post soldering residue, it is non-acidic and can sit in production before washing.
