Single cure, diazo sensitised emulsion, perfect for Textile and Garment applications on course mesh counts. Excellent see through characteristics allowing easy registration. Highly durable stencil for extended print runs whilst retaining very good edge definition and print resolution. Versatile stencil system with an extremely wide processing latitude which is easy reclaim after printing. For increased durability, resistance and print run length PLUS 6000 can be used in conjunction with Hardener A and B.

- Supplied diazo sachet - Direct addition.
- 44% solids, violet emulsion.
- Recommended mesh range - 34 - 77 threads/cm (85 - 195 threads/inch).
- Compatible exposure sources - Metal halide, Mercury vapour, Fluorescent tubes.
- Exposure speed - Approximately 25% longer exposure time than standard diazo sensitized emulsions.
- Suitable for water and plastisol based inks.
