Use as a 1 pot emulsion, or with supplied diazo for enhanced durability and resistance properties in textile or large format graphics applications. Ultra-fast exposure speed compared to conventional diazo emulsions with a medium/high solids which is perfect for medium to fine mesh counts. Excellent coating quality, fast drying, exposure, development and reclaim to support the requirements of a busy printing environment. Good exposure latitude with good print reproduction. For increased durability, resistance and print run length PLUS 6000 can be used in conjunction with Hardener A and B.

Features
- Supplied with diazo sachet for optional use - Direct addition.
- 38% solids, blue emulsion.
- Recommended mesh range - 62 - 150 threads/cm (160 - 380 threads/inch). Use White mesh for even faster exposure.
- Compatible exposure sources - Primarily DMD CTS and LED. Also compatible with conventional contact exposure UV light sources.
- Exposure speed - Very fast, approximately 8 - 10 times quicker than standard diazo sensitised emulsion as a photopolymer. Slower with diazo addition.
- Suitable for use with water based and plastisol textile inks.
