The Zhongli, Taiwan location is a Global Development & Applications Center (GDAC) that houses our ENIG and IC Substrates center of excellence. Our most extensive deployment of the Systek series for IC substrate metallization are located at this location. The center is equipped to handle the most advanced IC substrate processing technologies we offer and is also highly specialized in ENIG/ENEPIG final finishes.
