- PLUS AQUA
PLUS AQUA is a fast exposing photopolymer emulsion with a diazo addition option developed to meet the needs of large format printing requirements.
- Supplied with diazo sachet for optional use - Direct addition.
- 38% solids, blue emulsion.
- Recommended mesh range - 62 - 150 threads/cm (160 - 380 threads/inch). Use White mesh for even faster exposure.
- Compatible exposure sources - Primarily DMD CTS and LED. Also compatible with conventional contact exposure UV light sources.
- Exposure speed - Very fast, approximately 8 - 10 times quicker than standard diazo sensitised emulsion as a photopolymer. Slower with diazo addition.
- Suitable for use with water based and plastisol textile inks.
- PLUS LAVA
PLUS LAVA is a very high solids, fast exposing 'triple-cure' photopolymer emulsion with a diazo addition option developed to meet the needs of the most demanding textile printing requirements.
- Supplied with diazo sachet for optional use - Direct addition.
- 45% solids, red emulsion.
- Recommended mesh range - 34 - 120 threads/cm (85 - 305 threads/inch) threads/inch). Use White mesh for even faster exposure.
- Compatible exposure sources - Metal halide, Mercury vapour, Fluorescent tubes and CTS / LED.
- Exposure speed - Fast, approximately 3 - 5 times quicker than standard diazo sensitised emulsion as a photopolymer. Slower with diazo addition.
- Suitable for use with solvent, water, UV, plastisol and discharge inks.
- PLUS CTS
PLUS CTS is a high solids, fast exposing photopolymer emulsion developed to meet the needs of large format graphics applications where exposure time is critical to the smooth and fast paced running of the stencil making process.
- 38% solids, blue emulsion.
- Recommended mesh range - 62 - 150 threads/cm (160 - 380 threads/inch) threads/inch). Use White mesh for even faster exposure.
- Compatible exposure sources - Primarily DMD CTS and LED. Also suitable with conventional contact exposure UV light sources.

- PLUS 9000
PLUS 9000 is a one pot, photopolymer emulsion with high solids content to quickly produce thick stencils, ideal for garment printing where high durability in an important stencil feature.
- 47% solids, red/pink emulsion.
- Recommended mesh range - 15 - 77 threads/cm (38 - 195 threads/inch). Use White mesh for even faster exposure.
- Compatible exposure sources - Metal halide, Mercury vapour, Fluorescent tubes and LED.
- Exposure speed - Fast, approximately 3 times quicker than standard diazo sensitised emulsion.
- Suitable for non water containing, plastisol based inks.
- PLUS GOLD
PLUS GOLD has been specifically developed for applications where very high print quality and durability is required. This universally resistant, dual cure emulsion is coloured red to provide the best contrast on Stainless Steel meshes.

- 36% solids, red emulsion.
- Recommended mesh range - 43 - 150 threads/cm (110 - 380 threads/inch).
- Compatible exposure sources - Metal halide, Mercury vapour, Fluorescent tubes.
