Electronics Manufacturing & Assembly Workshop – SMTA Bangalore Chapter
MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions will be presenting two papers at The Bangalore Chapter of SMTA, which is hosting a one-day workshop - Electronics Manufacturing & Assembly. As subject matter experts, we are excited to be taking part and look forward to meeting visitors at the workshop.

Ravi Bhatkal, General Manager will present his paper on ‘Advanced Materials for Electric Vehicle Powertrain Applications.’ Covering areas such as battery thermal management and protection materials including conformal coatings, advanced thermal management and highly reliable interconnect materials for power electronics, and electroplated materials for EV powertrain applications.

Pritha Choudhury, Principal R&D Scientist will deliver a presentation titled ‘High-reliability Lead-free solders for electronics manufacturing.’ The paper will address the challenging requirements for high-reliability lead-free solder alloys in automotive electronics as assembly designs require increased powder densities and miniaturization in combination with harsh operating conditions.
