Product Overview
Argomax® AccuLam™ 8022 is a prescored film material helps manufacturers keep up with the ever-growing demands of sintering solutions, such as the need for dies and components without sharp edges to be laminated. This film also allows these producers to meet stringent process requirements which can help mitigate some of the complexities in the EV production process.
Product Features
- Prescored film allows for a precise attachment to the designated sinter surface
- Patterned film format to match process size requirements providing a reliable and consistent lamination process
- High thermal and electrical conductivity
- Pure silver bond line, for high reliability and performance
- No printing and drying equipment necessary: less capital and cleanroom investment cost

Enables Paste-free Assemblies
Argomax® AccuLam™ 8022 is developed for enabling paste-free assemblies of power semiconductors by providing a patterned Argomax® film that meet stringent process requirements
High reliability, performance-based sintering die attach materials
Argomax® AccuLam™ 8022 is a Argomax low pressure silver sintering materials are designed for high volume manufacturing. Argomax is formulated using highly engineered silver-based nano particles, manufactured in-house by MacDermid Alpha. In general, there is an Agile performance benefit. Argomax AccuLam 8022 creates a highly reliable bond on both silver and gold surfaces. The AccuLam process increases throughput and yield compared to the traditional DTF process.
