A line of low and no silver solid solder alloys that offer substantial cost savings without sacrificing performance or reliability even on thick, complex assemblies. These alloys can be "dropped in" to most SAC wave and selective soldering applications and can provide additional benefits including reduced copper erosion and lower dross rates.
