ALPHA EF-6103 is a high performing low solid, no-clean alcohol based flux, designed with combinations of activators and solvents.
It is effective in cleaning all the surfaces, especially on reflowed OSP during wave or selective soldering.
The new rosin material leads to improved pin testability and excellent post soldering residues, with an evenly spread, tack free residue.

OSP Friendly and Selective Soldering Capable Flux
ALPHA EF-6103 is developed with a special blend of activation package, allowing fast wetting speeds and high force, leading to improved hole fill and lower defects versus other similar class fluxes. With minimal non-tack residues, this flux reduces false negatives at ICT.
The balance of chemical properties delivers high reliability and soldering performance on difficult OSP substrates and is compatible in selective soldering.
